Delivery and Returns
As many items are made to order, specifically for you, delivery times vary from piece to piece. It is our aim to send your order as efficiently and safely as possible.
Each item specifies what its estimated delivery time will be. However, please do contact me if you need a piece for a special date and I will do my very best to help! sarah@ddandmac.co.uk
How much is delivery within the UK?
Standard UK delivery (sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48™) is £4.50 for purchases under £100 and free for purchases £100 and over. Express delivery (sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed) is £8.75. All orders will require a signature on receipt.
Overseas delivery
Due to updated GSPR (General Product Safety Regulation) requirements, as of 13 December 2024 I am no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland & the EU. I also do not ship to Australia. Other International destinations outside of these areas remain unaffected.
International delivery costs £17.50 flat rate and orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service. All orders will require a signature on receipt. Please be aware that the delivery charge does not include any additional import taxes which may be payable on receipt of your item.
What do I do if I want to return my purchase?
Should you wish to return an item, please notify me within 14 days of purchase by e-mailing sarah@ddandmac.co.uk with your name and the order number quoted in your confirmation e-mail. Please note that bespoke items, including rings, which have been created just for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
You will then have a further 14 days to return your item, unworn and in its original packaging to DD & Mac, 21 South Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 3DR. Please carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage. The jewellery must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. Please note that, unless they are broken or damaged, you must cover the postage cost of returning unwanted goods. It’s recommended that you ask for a proof of postage when sending them.
If an item is faulty, please let me know immediately and I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please include with the goods: your full contact details, reason for return and any agreed exchange you wish to make.
DD & Mac cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods whilst in transit from the customer.
Once a refund or return has been accepted, refunds or exchange will then be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, conditional upon stock availability and in agreement with DD & Mac
