Oxidised Silver Seagrass Pendant

For those that feel the pull of the coast, this pendant was inspired by the shapes and curves left in the sand as the tide recedes, a contemporary silver pendant that captures the gentle movement of swaying seagrass.

The textured and slightly domed surface is adorned with delicate strands of 24ct gold foil and oxidised to create a beautiful contrast and highlight the bright gold. Sculptural, tactile and organic, each pendant is a small reflection of the ever-changing shoreline.

Oxidised Argentium and Sterling Silver with 24ct gold foil applied using the Keum Boo technique.  The foil is approximately 13 microns.

Please note that the gold strands will vary as each pendant is made by entirely by hand.
